The singer - a 13-time Grammy Award-winner - has delighted fans with the first single from her forthcoming album LG7 which is due in February 2025.
Releasing a double feature of music videos she also unveiled the video
for Die With A Smile (Live in Las Vegas).
The disturbing video for Disease sees her fighting with different versions of herself and chained up in a darkened room.
The video begins with the star seemingly the victim of
a car crash as she lies bloody on the bonnet of a car.

She then jumps off the car before engaging in a savage fight with another version of herself.
The next scene then cuts to her chained up in the dark wearing white underwear and covered in scars as she
stands on top of yet another version of herself.
She then wraps her legs around the other Lady Gaga to try and strangle
her as the tension intensifies.

She is then seen trying to escape the chaos as she gets trapped
between two closing walls that eventually crush her to

The pop superstar said she feels 'insane joy' about her fandom's
response to her electro-pop banger - and teased that there is 'a LOT more to come'.
