Art. 87. - Special judicial organs for de finite branches
of action might be established up by law. Art. eighty five.
- Sections of the People's Coun cils for numerous branches of
activity may well be established up and are subordinate in all their act ivities to the People's Councils and Execut ive Committees, under which they purpose with regard
to their special technological direct ion , they are subordinate to the correspond ing sections
of the Superior People's Councils and the qualified central administrative or gans of the State.
They are elected from the associates of the respective Local People's Council, and are
set up and functionality in a way founded by law. Art. 94.
